I am curious if anyone else has had an issue with with Hyundai Palisades Infotainment System? I have the 2020 Hyundai Palisade SEL that I purchased new in 2020. The same month my Warranty ended when I started my car the Navigation Screen was all black and would not turn on. I am unable to connect any bluetooth devices, listen to anything through the car speakers, use the rear back up camera or anything else done through the screen. My Palisade does not have Bluelink.
Troubleshooting I have done already:
- Unhooking the car battery for a bit then reconnecting
- Held reset button on bottom right of controls under the screen
- Checked all the fuses & put new ones in that are connected to my issue
- Downloaded latest Software Update to a USB, then put in appropriate port & nothing happened. I asked Hyundai about software update, they stated I didn't need an update.

I did take my Palisade to the Service Department at Dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I don't remember all the specifics they said but they did say that my fuses were fine, power is going to the Infotainment System but still not working. They said I need to purchase an entirely new Infotainment System then they would install it for about $2.300! I don't have an extended warranty (my spouse is supposed to take care of stuff like this) and only just hit 30K miles this month, July 2025.
Has anyone else had this issue or a similar one? Any ideas for troubleshooting that I have not tried?

Thanks In Advance For Any Help

Lisa
